Don't Pay TAS before receipt of items!!

I ordered a H3 Fingerprint System and paid the full amount on 02 October. I've been trying to contact TAS since 3 October to arrange collection and have not had any response. Please be careful when you order from this company - payments should be done on a cash on delivery basis to ensure you receive your items.
