Unable to install Office365

I purchased a Samsung Activ book2 preloaded with Windows 8 at the beginning of July. At the same time I purchased Office 365. I have to date not been able to download or install Office. I have tried every fix or suggestion found on the Microsoft website. I am most annoyed as I am unable to use a product I purchased. It is now 7 weeks later after activation and 7 weeks less use of what appears to be a useless product anyway.
