Beware where you buy

I bought Office 2013 Pro Plus and when I tried to install it a message came up to say that this product is already installed, which is true but my hard disk failed, and I had to buy a new one. I went to Incredable connection explaining the situation and they told me to go to Microsoft. As I got to Microsoft and told them what happened, I was treated like a criminal, so much so that I got so upset that I threw the disk with its container down the hall and left. When I went back the next day nobody wanted to help me. Now I am stuck as I have no proof that I bought the programme as everything was in the box that I threw down the hall. Please help I can download the programme but I need a product key.
