To resolve the my product key

Last year I bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 through work. When I tried activating it, it gave me an invalid error message; since I was moving houses I've since put it on hold. Now I really need Ms Office on my PC. It still gives me the invalid key message, I wrote an email, I was advised to call the 0860225567 and when I did I was transferred to India. Well, when I explained my problem the agent said I should install the product key with lower case (which I found wierd). He convinced me that he knows since its his job. Went home tried this, which did not know (I was not holding my breath). The following day I called this time an Indian female tells me I must call while I am in front of the PC which I want to activate the Product key in. Tonight I decide to call, the guy says he can't help me and gives me an 0035317065353 number; called the number and I am routed back to him then he gives me the 017065353 which did not exist and when I called back I was given the 0860225567 to call they say during working hours. Being Microsoft I expected good service but this left a bitter taste to say to the least.
