Office 365 does not work at all

We have purchased two 365 office keys, and not on any of the computers we try to load the product does it work, you get the same error on all of them, "something went wrong" . tried it on windows 7 and 8 laptop, on brand new freshly loaded desktop with windows 7. we bought this from different vendors, and not once of them can get it to work... Microsoft online does not have any fixes, or explanations, although everybody seems to be experiencing the same problem all over.
What is going on? how can no one fix this?
