Electronics and household app.

I handed my Samsung Tablet in for repairs on 20 February 2013 at Smartlab, a repair centre for Samsung. I specifically asked them how long the repairs will take. I was repeatedly told I will only wait three days. After I heard nothing back from Smartlab after three days I phoned them. They did not bother to phone me. I was then told they are waiting on Samsung for parts or a replacement unit. Two weeks passed and again I heard nothing from Smartlab. AGAIN I had to phone and to my frustration I was told I will have to wait another TWO weeks. It is 22 March today, FOUR weeks after I was promised I will have my tablet back in three days. Wednesday I AGAIN called Smartlab, they did not bother to call me, and AGAIN I WAS TOLD I WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO WEEKS, that will bring my total waiting time to SIX weeks. Smartlab can not give me a guarentee that I will have my tablet back then either. I then phoned Samsung directly and they could not confirm if they have stock or not! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT!!! I am paying for a product which I do not have and of which I can not enjoy the benefit of!
