After 3 Dell Vostro's failed straight out the box in one month, I've had enough! we have had an absolutely shocking service experience from both Dell and ultimately Pinnacle Africa as well.

One of the first events forced me to purchase a second Vostro because neither Dell nor Pinnacle would swop the machine only to purchase another faulty machine.

the first Vosrto has had Dell out 3 times to replace various components. My client is unhappy with the machine I sold them and blame me, so thanks for ruining the relationship.

then yet another Vostro failure this week I'm not even going to rant about Dell taking WEEKS to resolve the problem.

I also blame Pinnacle Africa because I bought all the faulty stock from them and yet the refuse to assist me to keep my clients happy, I have thrown money at the problem to no avail I expect the same from them, they just pass the buck to Dell.

Are we seriously the only guys that are interested in keeping the end customer happy?

What I want is simple, 3 replacement Vostro's or I will not be selling Dell's ever again.

I honestly expect more from my suppliers and will seriously consider alternatives if this does not get resolved now!
