FAULTY SAMSUNG MICROWAVE REPLACED

II bought a SAMSUNG microwave from Game on 3 November on reassurance from floor salesman in the microwave section that SAMSUNG were the most reliable of the bulk brands. However, unit was faulty from first power up with numerous faults. Game staff responded very well when returning unit and apologetic and offered complete cash back or replacement with any brand.
