CRE8AWEB - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had a bad experience with this company.

There are too many complaints to list - I will run out space!

A couple of the complaints I have are the fact that he treats his customers with out respect and only replies to you when he feels like it. He never answers his phone and refuses to have a meeting to discuss our plan forward. He will only respond via email in his own time! We have landed up with a massive problem where he owes us money and refuses to pay us because he claims the work he has done has been completed, where it hasn't. We have now proceeded with legal action against him.

All in all, if you are looking for Web Developers with great after sales service and good work ethic as well as decent customer service without arrogant and bad mannered staff - DONT USE CRE8AWEB.
