Work never completed

I see many complaints about them on this site and they really SHOULD NEVER BE USED. I have been waiting more than 4 months and the work is still not completed. Lots of bad promises, lots of bad attitude. They have ALL the money as per quotation and STILL are not interested in completing the job. I will now persue legal action, together with MANY other complainants.
