Vodacom
Worst Service and now NO SERVICE

I have had a massive Problem with Vodacom where my Black Berry only picks up Cell C and MTN. The Phone is still under warranty. Vodacom refuses to fix it under the warranty as they say it has water damage. I know for a fact that my phone was not close to water. Never the less. Can it be proven that a water drop can be anti Vodacom? Cause I pick up every other network except the one that I am subscribed to namely Vodacom. I was advised to send my complaints to [Email Removed] This was done on 19 April and 25 April. But no reply.. I would like an amicable solution.
