So... I've already logged a complaint on this very same topic on 27/02 at 8.35 (reference # 258749). Amazingly when logged on a public forum, FNB were ever so quick to respond, and pretend to be interested and say all the "right" things, except what you're actually after... just a simple response on a home loan applied for on 14/02. Anything to be able to say that they're a company "WHO RESPONDS" to these comments, which is only done in an attempt to appear that they are interested in their clients and service delivery. We're now 3 weeks down the line from when I submitted all the required documents, and a week down the line from when I logged my complaint on HelloPeter, and still NADA!! A whole lot of smoke and a whole lot of nothing! I believe that I have given FNB MORE than enough opportunity to retain my portfolio, but enough is now enough. Waste of time company.
