ASHLEY GREY - BEST SUPPORT AGENT EVER

I want to compliment Ashley on the excellent service he gave us recently. He took the time to listen and hear me out when it must have sounded like I was talking the biggest load of nonsense. He also took the time to explain things to me in a manner that we all could understand and make sense of.
He is one of the only people I have ever come across in a call centre that did not irritate me due to the fact that they had no idea what I was talking about.
If I ever have issues again on Pastel I will definitely request Ashley's assistance again and if he is busy I will wait until he is available. I don't want to deal with anyone else because of his professional, wonderful and spontaneous nature.
