Wasting time petrol and

We telephoned to ask about EA games, to return to exchange for others, we were told to bring them in, after travelling over 30 km we get told no they do not take in those games yet the game was on their rack. We asked to speak to the Manager and were told by both gentlemen that he was the manager. Cover up so that we could not complain to the manager about the service we received. We went to another shop and the games were exchanged with out any stories about not taking them in or computer moaning because it is being used on 2 PC. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME AS I AM NOT INTERESTED IN MORE.
