On Friday, 18 October 2013, I visited our local CNA in Randfontein. I was interested in buying a PC Game for my daughter and decided to choose SIMS Pets. I asked the shop attendant whether I would need Internet Access for the game to be installed on my computer and she said that I do not. She however checked with another attendant (possibly the manager?) to make sure that I dont. The second lady however said that I do need SIMS 3 before I'd be able to install the chosen Sims Pets PC Game. So I bought the starter pack and the game to the amount of R 500.00. Since it was my daughters birthday I gave her the Games which she opened and when she wanted to install it, it required internet access!

I specifically asked the question before I bought the games! My question and complaint: What is CNA going to do about this? Refund me for the already opened games or provide me with a modem and talk time to install the said games?
