I have had bad experiences from company's but Ryan really showed me what a bad experience and customer service is all about. I spoke to him, he confirmed stock and so I placed my order. He used another company to ship the order to me.

I get what I ordered correctly, and behold it's not the correct thing. So I contact him, and he tell me it's not his problem, I must go sort it out from the company that he had it dispatched to me. Now I have to pay more money on fuel, and my time, to correct their errors.

Needles to say, I told him I want a refund and will never use his services again in my life. Pathetic little man. I had to threaten him with attorneys just to get my refund back. If it was my fault, I would understand, but it was theirs and he took no responsibility.
