Horrendous service!

I brought my iMac to them because my machine wouldn't turn on, I explained this to the person who booked my machine in. I then got a call from the technician saying "what is my password"? I then asked him, is it turning on? He replied yes. I then said to him, that was the only problem, he then assured me it started up first time. Obviously I was happy that nothing was wrong, and said I would fetch it asap. When I arrived and they gave me a bill of R535! I said that seemed very high and could they maybe give me a reduced bill as it seemed only fair. The technician came back out and said no. I ask to speak to the manger and the technician return with same answer, the manger says no. Thank you for hiding behind your 'Staff Only' door and not coming to speak to me thats all I asked. Digicape's customer service has got to be one of the worst I have ever come across. I will never spend another cent there. Thank you.
