Panasonic Waivguide cover turns into R2450 repai

We took our Panasonic microwave in for repairs with a hole in the waveguide cover and received a quote for R2427.47. The quote included a magnetron and a cavity which were not damaged before the repair centre took possession of the unit to quote. When we challenged it they started saying things like we see a lot of microwaves - Very technical, the waveguide cover was not there which we know it was it just had with a hole in it. They then produced a magnetron which was now cracked don't know exactly how this happened and Cavity which now needed to be replaced.
I am so sorry I did not check "Hello Peter" before trusting these people as it seems I am not the only one with a really bad experience. Be warned
