I wont be buying Samsung product's ever again

Electronics and household app.

I bought three microwaves from an enthusiastic salesperson at Makro who gave me the spiel about 2 year guarantee etc etc. I inform the individual that Im using them for my small coffee shop. With one of the microwaves I have a problem replacing the magnetron cause we crisp bacon in a microwavable bowl. I took it to MM electronic's in Woodmead two times and was never informed that I shouldnt be using the microwave for crisping bacon or light commercial use. I was told on the third occassion there will be a R520.00 charge on 20/02/2013 to replace the magnetron, even when an new oven costs R899.00. I reported my dismay to Samsung Head office about a recurring problem of the magnetron. Today on 09/5/2013 I recieve an email informing me the following" This is to confirm as per our telephonic conversation that the Samsung GE614ST/XFA can be used to cook bacon in a microwavable bowl to make it crispy. Using the device moderately over a period of time should not damage the magnetron. This particular model is not a commercial microwave, commercial microwaves have different wattage and specifications." Its taken 77 day's of waiting to get this response. poor service, poor product
