Still waiting for my refund

I am still waiting for my refund after nearly a week. It's utterly ridiculous. I bought a pair of sneakers and sandals online. I received an email later, saying the sneakers were no longer available and I would receive my refund. But now, 6 days later, I still have not received my refund.
