Galleria Levis store manager Poor service

I bought a pair of jeans from the Levi's Galleria store in Durban, only to find that it did not fit me as I thought size 30 was my normal size. I had already removed the attached tags from the jeans and lost the purchase slip.

I went back to see if there was any way they could help me. The first thing the manager, who is a lady, did was deny that I bought it from them. She insisted there was no transaction of such on the date I claimed to have bought it and said they did not have that kind of jeans in stock. I did not receive any assistance. She had a very bad attitude and lacked good customer service. I have never had such a bad experience, even though I admitted that my mistake was losing the slip.
