What a sad excuse for a branch

After being asked by MTN Head Office to deliver documents to a MTN branch I was amazed at the rude, ill-mannered and down right amateur way in which the Clearwater "second in charge" handled the matter.
Step 1 - ask for original I.D.
Step 2 - If client does not have ID send him away
Step 3 - If client refuses to leave - refer to step one
If all else fails tell them that the MTN shops are not linked to the head office.
MTN with your recent horrible performance on the stock exchange I think I could tell you where a lot of the income is lost - "untrained, rude, amateur staff on floor level"
