Safety hazard

Was walking from the paly ground towards the bathroom. And fall on the floor. There is a very small step. But nowhere indicates that there is a step or mind your step or anything on the ground to allocate that there is a step. I hurt my hand, arm, back and foot. I'm worried about the next person that gone fall and might not be as luck as I was.
