I bought a vehicle for R90000.00 cash

I did not receive the spare wheel, jack, wheel spanner and a triangle I phone the salesman when I got home in Nylstroom from Pretoria wheras he told me to come and get it when i come through to Pretoria again.
When i went to Pretoria again i received the mentioned stuff and also told them that the gearbox casing was
cracked and leaking oil they just pulled their shoulders up and the owner got iretated with me.
Yesterday i got a puncture next to the road and tried to fit spare wheel the PCD'S on the spare wheel is not the same as the vehicles where i also told them that I want the gearbox fixed and that the vehicle is running hot and that their was oil in the radiator fillling tank whereas they told me sorry they cannot assist me due to a discount of R9900 that they gave me so that i must do the roadworfy my self.
I know for a fact that the consumers act stipilates that if the seller did not notify you of the faults and you did not sign for it that he is responseble for the repairs.
