Petrol attendants damage wheel

On the 8th of February, fuel pump attendants damaged the vehicle while removing the wheel to put on the spare.

One of the attendants experienced difficulty removing two of the wheel nuts and asked two other attendants to assist. I requested that they leave the wheel as they were experiencing extreme difficulty and kept tugging on the wheel nuts until one of the wheel studs were complete broke off of the front wheel of my vehicle which I had to repare at a later stage.

Very disappointed customer and reluctant to use the service station again.
