Sadly I cannot do justice to my BIZARRE customer service story given the word limit. My Peugeot was scheduled for repairs from Mon 15th April to Fri 19th April (latter being "worse case scenario" - Grant's words).

By Fri had heard zero and phoned in am to be told that part had not arrived from Peugeot on Thurs. Mon am: phoned to be told the part still not arrived. Grant's thoughts: take car and bring it back when the part arrives. I lost it (!) as the car had been at Barloworld for 6 days, no one had bothered to phone me even ONCE and now I was being told to take car and bring it back for more inconvenience! He rudely told me "there is nothing more I can do" and I must speak to the manager, who will phone me. 1 hr later: no phone call, so I phoned Stuart myself. Again no apology at any point. He phoned back hrs later after following up with Peugeot and said car will be ready by Tues or latest Wed IF part arrives. Grant wakes up and phones on Mon twice to say car may be ready and he will phone back in late p.m to confirm: never did. Tues I phoned: car not ready. Wed I phoned: car finally ready. 8 DAYS TOTAL.

Pathetic attitude! No apology/courtesy car/discount. GO TO CK COACHWORKS
