Barloworld Motor Retail
Pathetic Service!!

Cars & Transport

I took my car in on the 5th of July for its 90 000km service, I asked them to add the broken fuel gauge to the jobcard for repairs - which must be fixed under guarantee - I was without transport from the 5th of July to the 15 of July.
I received a phonecall from the dealership to notify me that the car is ready for collection.
When I got to the dealership they couldn't find my jobcard, after finding the jobcard the person responsible didn't know what was going on on the jobcard. And there was nothing written on the jobcard about the broken fuel gauge.
After waiting they called the manager (Anton) which said the part is on back order and the lady responsible for that is not there as she is in a meeting and they cannot help me. Nobody informed me about the part on order.
The car was standing there for more than a week and I received a phone call saying my car is ready for collection. I had to phone someone to take me to the dealer and afterwards i had to call someone for a lift again since my car was not yet ready.
They don't know when the part will be there and didn't offer a courtesy car. This is a major inconvenience for me since I rely on my vehicle every day to do my job.
