Barloworld Toyota bad attitude/poor servicing

2 complaints: sent Toyota Hilux for service and queried a knocking noise in steering wheel, was told to bring the bakkie back when part is in stock, took bakkie in on arranged day to fetch bakkie later that day to be told they did not have the part. once the part was finally in stock and fitted, the noise was still there, after they followed up, we were expected to now bring the bakkie in for the 4th time for them to check, my husband needs his bakkie to perform his daily duties to perform at work. Tanja has not followed up to find out what is happening if he is bringing the bakkie to be checked again, no courtesy vechile offered.
2) Took my Auris in for a service, asked that it be ready by 3h30, by 3h15, still not phone call received, I phoned to find out what is happening to be told it was still being serviced, I had to fetch my car with out it being washed, the marks they make on the windscreen weren't even rubbed off. I landed up fetching my daughter almost an hour late from school because of their incomptence. Tanja also my service advisor had a bad attitude when I asked for a number to contact to complain about poor service from the dealership
