My Toyota Aygo which is 2years old, wouldn't start on 15 April. Outsurance towed the car to Barloworld. I explained to them the nature of the problem and also asked them to do the 2years service. After 2 days they phoned and told me I can come collect my vehicle. No major problems. Day after that the same problem occured. Phoned them, spoke to Elbe, Andre & Pieter. Pieter said I must phone Toyota Roadside Assistance. I took the car back to them. After 2days, they ordered a part from Toyota, saying it can take up to 3weeks. Did some kind of bridging to fix the problem temporarily. After 2weeks I had the same problem. I couldn't drive my car after that and waited another 4days before the part arrived. B'W collected my car from home on Thursday 9May, saying I should have my car back by Friday 12h00.They phoned me late on Friday afternoon saying they have to order another part. Said my car will be ready by Saturday (today) @ 13h00. I told them I need my car today as I'm going on holiday. I phoned Alex (director at BW, told him my story, said he'll phone me back. Never did. They phoned me 12h30 saying my car is still broken and they don't know what to do now. Can't help me with a courtesy car either.
