Complete lack of feedback from Audi dealers

I am writing this because I am sick to death of Audi dealers (particularly Audi Waterfront and Audi Claremont) promising to call back but never doing so. I tried to book my car in for a service in January and after 3 attempts to do it at Audi Waterfront, gave up (each time they said they were busy and someone would get back to me, but never did) and called Audi Claremont. My car was eventually booked in on the 22nd of Jan and I mentioned that the clutch seemed to be slipping. The service rep at Audi Claremont promised they would take care of it, however at the end of the day I was informed that an oil sample from the clutch needed to go to Audi SA for analysis and they would get back to me that same week. After 2 weeks I called again since I had heard nothing from them and was told I need to bring my car in again for more tests. I took my car in again on the 20th of Feb and they performed "all the necessary tests" and promised me to get back to me as soon as Audi SA had finished analyzing the results. Well, it's now the 20th of March just about and I have not had a single call. It seems that unless one hounds these dealers, you never get any sort of feedback from them...
