Car sitting in repairs for 3 days, no progress

Last week Friday I took my Audi A1 Sportback in for it's first service. I was 1st in the que and was impressed by their efficiency as I was out of there by 9am. The service manager was Shaun/Shawn (sp). We then travelled to Limpopo via Mpumalanga over the weekend. On our way back on Monday night, the car's gearbox died on us around 20:00; fortunately were already in JHB. We then called Audi assist and were made to wait for 4Hours for a tow truck. We were told it was the ONLY tow truck available in the East Rand. On Tuesday, someone from PE called and advised that the car would be booked in that evening for diagnosis; this was never done. On Wednesday we called to follow up and were advised that they were yet to open the gearbox; this was around 3pm. Today still no diagnosis has been done as per Shaun. They can't give us a courtesy car either & tomorrow we're going on a holiday & need a car. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I bought a new car to avoid such nonsense. I'm a big fan of Audi cars and always give them credit on twitter where it's due BUT this is gradually changing my opinion about them. Dear Audi, FIX this ASAP.
