I pay for a Roadside assistance service through SA Warranties. On the 6th of April I had a flat Tyre and i contacted the AA where i was on the phone for a long time being verified and constantly told about the procedures only to be advised by the consultant that she can see y details from the previous case but she cannot pick up any information on my name. The lady then said she will give me a call back of which she advised she needed to contact the accounts manager to override it . she then contacted me back to say that the person is not picking up the phone i have to pay. I had to contact the nearest roadside assistance to me at the time to come assist me as this was going out of hand and pay them to assist me with changing the Tyre. This was an unexpected cost that i occur and the service is pathetic to be told that and accounts manager is not picking up his phone. how is that my problem? Aren't there any supervisors on the floor to override such things? if you have assisted me before and you can see it on the system why cant you assist me again? Am i not paying for this service?
