Johannesburg move gone wrong

We used Johannesburg Movers for our household move on 5 April 2013. What a disappointment! Their truck wasn't big enough, the workers were not experienced movers and they were extremely unprofessional! To top it all, when we arrived at the new house and started unpacking we discovered that a number of items that were loaded at the old house were never unloaded at the new house. When reporting this to the owner of the business, we got the " couldn't care less attitude". Needless to say no real attempt was made to address our issue, and all correspondence was via email - not once did we receive a call to discuss the issue (despite us calling their offices on a few occasions to discuss the matter).

If you are moving in the Johanesburg area, do yourself a favour and DO NOT give Jhb Movers a call. I definitely won't be using them again and neither should you.
