Shocking service!!!

I am truly shocked by the poor service that I have received from this branch!!! Close to the end off 2012 I bought a Kia from Kia the Glen and since I have received my car their service has just gone from bad to absolutely shocking! Firstly there were mistakes on my contract which needed to be corrected, it took me driving there on three different occasions before this was resolved. During heavy rain in January I noticed fog in the headlights, a drop in the drivers window as well as a rattle in the dash, after contacting them they promised to have it fixed, up until today they haven't even managed to do a warranty claim never mind the fact that my car stood there for a complete day and absolutely nothing was fixed. Furthermore I never get feedback from anyone, when I leave messages for someone to phone me back they never do, I have sent multiple emails but I never get a reply and this seems to be everyone, including the ladies at reception, Morne, Cherie & Joe from the service department, Louis the sales manager, Wilton the sales executive, etc. I have also sent a letter of complaint to Jessica from head office but it just seems like no one cares.
