Poor service delivery - Speechless!!!

I had to take my KIA RIO to KIA Motors Paarden Eiland to find a rattle sound in the dash. When I have received it back, the dash was scratched as well as one of the mags. I had to take it back today because KIA Motor Paarden Eiland has agreed to have it fixed.
When I got there this morning, the service specialist did not even greet me and just said he will find somebody to take me back to work. I had to stop him to communicate with me regarding what is the plan and what will they do with my car. I also had to insist that someone take a ride with me in order for me to point out where I hear the rattle in the dash as it was still not fixed. No one contacted me the entire day, the first person who contacted me was the driver at 14:45 to arrange where he will pick me up. And this is after the service specialist has promised me that they will pick me up at a convenient time for me.
When I got to the branch I had to hear, that the mag is been replaced, the scratches and rattle sound is been fixed BUT the windscreen is now cracked. My car needs to go back tomorrow to have the windscreen replaced.
I am speechless - I cannot believe these things are happening at a place like KIA motors!!!
