Bought an iPhone and the device is faulty as the wifi does not work correctly and it does not pick up 3g and the language changes by itself and it is a cell c phone but does not pick up cell c network. I contacted customer support and tried other settings but it did not work so I contacted Prudence and told her about the problem and she said she would contact her manager and then get back to me. My first call to her was made at 08h05 on Tuesday morning and I spent the rest of the day contacting her for updates and still no progress has been made. I have wasted well over R100 airtime contacting Prudence and each time she promises to return my call but never does. This is absolutely unnacceptable service. I am extremely disappointed as it seems as though there is no care for customers and the after sales service is absolutely shocking
