Rear left seat belt cover rattle

I purchased my vehicle (polo 1.4 confortline) in October 2012 and shortly after I received the car (2 months) the car had a loud rattle at the rear left seat belt cover. I immediately reported it to Rustenburg VW and they they confirmed that it is a manufacturing problem and in turn they promised me it will be fixed. It is now December 2013 and the rattle is still there and my car is at 36000km, and I have taken my car over 5 times and more. I was not happy with how I was assisted by all the responsible personnel at VW including the principal who I felt was rude. I have contacted VW SA and they have been promising me countless times that an appointment with the regional after sales manager will be made in order to inspect my car but this has never happened and instead I have been calling and being passed back and forth driving up and down with nothing solved. I'm not happy because I feel like they are delaying until the car looses its warranty or something bad happens, and resulting in me being made a fool in the end. Since I bought the car, I have never enjoyed driving it, now the break disks are faulty and buckled (not reported yet) thus resulting in a bad experience. Please he
