Unable to repair Radio

I have been unable to get my 2012 Kia Picanto's radio fixed at Kia the Glen, They said there was nothing wrong with my radio as their specialist Kevin had checked it out and there was no fault, but prior to letting me know this I was informed that I would in fact be getting a new radio, then 2 weeks later Kia's Chantell said she had made amistake and that I wasn't getting a new radio, how ever Kia the Glen put a warranty claim forward on the radio and a clock spring, I was called in on the 6/02/2013 to have the old unit fitted and was only able to collect my car the following day after I was told the radio was working, it wasn't, I was also told that Morne would call me, he hasn't, I went to Kia Ridgeway and had Faizel have a look and he confirmed that Kia the Glen had claimed on my car already and that he wouldn't be able to assist me with my request. I think the service I received from Kia has been terrible, my car isstill under 15000 km's and it is not yet a year old, but they just cant help, Kia the Glen is useless and I have mailed [Email Removed] and have had no reply yet, clearly Kia only likes to sell new cars, after sales service.
