INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL

On monday i phoned to request a quote. I was told someone would come to our premises on tuesday afternoon to do the quotation. on tuesday morning i phoned again to find out what time we could expect the company representative and was told to expect them between 15h30 and 16h00. it is now wednesday morning and we are still waiting for someone to come to our premises... not enjoying my experience with this company.
