I had the same experience with these people, as the previous complainants. Called on Monday, was told by Gerrie someone would be there by Tuesday afternoon. When no one showed, I phoned them, and was told by Gerrie that due to the flu the remaining technicians were VERY busy, and that he would call me on Wednesday morning to confirm an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Needless to say, no call on Wednesday, and no one came to fix my machine. I have not heard from them since.. Phoned another supplier (Lynnwood Domestic Services), and was promptly and efficiently helped.
