We are not a taxi service

Yesterday I received a call from Corne at 11:19 am, he informed me that my car will be ready for collection at 15:30 of which I then asked him if they will be able to collect me in order to fetch the car. He said he will make an arrangement that I get contacted with details of what time the driver will peak me up in Wadeville. I waited but at 16h00 started to feel uneasy as no one had called me to confirm the pick up time. At that time Corne said to me that he is sorry but the drivers are in Pretoria and will come back late and requested that he calls me today in the morning to arrange to pick me up.

To my suprise today I got a call at 09:32 from the receptionist informing that sorry they cannot pick me up today. I expressed that I am not happy and not willing to accept that response as yesterday I was promised that today I will receive a call to arrange the time to pick me up hence she transfered me to Corne again. At that time Corne said to me there is nothing he can do when his drivers have called off sick and they are not a taxi service. I called my insurance who are actually the people that appointed this supplier of theirs to fix my car but they also did not assist me.
