Late and Cold food

I'm very angry with the service that i received today from Fishaways Grosvenor. I called them at 12.55pm placing an order for Fish and Chips and was told they do not deliver if the order is under R30.00. I told Mthandazo Nkomo to ask the drivers if they can deliver for me and if they say no please call me and let me know so that i can arrange to pick it up. I never got a call from him. I had to call back aftter 30mins and was told the driver has already left a long time ago. This was around 13:30pm when i was told this. I went on to call them to check where the driver was and was told his on his way. I'm just 2 blocks away from Fishaways but was very surprised when the after arrived here at 14:15pm. Called the shop again to info them that they food is late and cold and i'll never order from them again, was told will get a free order on the house the next time i place an order like honestly. They will be no next time from me as this is VERY VERY BAD SERVICE from them. Have asked people never to order from them again because they'll never get there order on time. Plese sort this mess and this was a waste of my money, payting for LATE AND COLD FOOD.
