I called on Monday 20/05 to discuss having my 3 seater collected for repair. The person I spoke to, Corne, was very uninterested and when he decided to pay attention to my query was most unhelpful. He took my details and told me that my couch would be collected on Wednesday, but if not Wednesday, then definitely today, Friday. I called this morning just after 11am to find out at what time the collection would take place - he was unavailable so I was put htrough to Greg, the store manager, who was helpful but had no information regarding my query. He promised that Corne would call me back - which he did not do even after I left numerous messages for him this afternoon. I called again and asked for Greg, who was surprised to hear that Corne had not called me back yet. Corne then called and was full of excuses as to why he had not actioned my query - blaming head office etc. Also has backpeddaled on what he told me regarding the repair of my couch and what I will need to pay for - but "I still have to confirm what I am telling you" I mean really!!!??? As we stand now I still have an uncollected, broken couch and no idea what is going to happen.
