I had an incident about an employee of ocean basket HQ a while ago witch I reported to Hello Peter because no action was taken. Hello Peter contacted ocean basket HQ and I received an email from Corne to appologise and he saw that the damages was covered as well. To my surprize today, I received a parcel with another letter of apppologies as well as vouchers from Corne. Well, I didn't expect anything other than my damages to be covered, so yes, this was one hech of a surprize. I wish I had Corne's contact detail right in the beginning because I know for certain that If the incident was reported to him, that it would have been settled the same day. Thanks Corne.
