Car Audio System Not Working After Service

On Friday, 15 March 2013, my husband sent in his vehicle for 180 000km service at Audi Centre Airport in Kempton Park. Everything was fine upon collection of the vehicle the next day, however, the vehicle started indicating faults which included the rear lights not working and the radio would freeze then eventually shut off completely. The vehicle had zero faults before it went for a service except it needed the headlight bulb to be changed. We returned the car to Audi Airport and after 2 weeks we were told that there was water in the lights (which wasn't there before the service). They called last week to pick up the vehicle as they had "fixed" the problem for which we were charged about R2500 (for something they broke). On the way home after collecting the vehicle the audio system then shut off completely again. We returned the vehicle AGAIN, now we are being told that a representitive from Audi SA will be sent to check if the vehicle had these faults before it was brought in for a service. Surely, every fault the car reports is noted down before the car gets serviced. Audi Centre Airport is pathetic and the workshop manager Jurie is the worst!!!
