Fualty diesel particulate filte

The vehicle was serviced according to your schedule on 4 June 2013 at 10 332 km. Shortly hereafter problems started being experienced in that the Diesel particulate filter light started coming on.

The vehicle has been back to Audi Centre Centurion on two occasions and little was done to rectify the problem. We were merely informed that the problem with the vehicle and the diesel particulate filter occurs because the vehicle only travels short distances and not on the open road. We find this explanation absurd and not acceptable at all. It is our perception that the service received from Audi Centurion was, to say the least, unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

As a result an e-mail was addressed to Audi South Africa, The workshop foreman (Ricardo) and the dealer principle of Audi Centre Centurion.

We still have not had the courtesy of a response from above parties.

Audi SA and Audi Centre Centurion definitely do not live up to their creed that their customers become part of a legacy that is characterised by innovation and beauty, prestige and quality.
