My vehicle was damaged wheh sent for service

On 29 January 2013 I sent my Nissan Livina, registration number YZF126 Gp for service. When I got home we realised that there was no wheel cap on the front left side of my car. I called Anel the next day to report that they might have forgotten to put back my wheel cap after repairing the puncture on the same wheel. She apologised and promised to look for it. She called and told me that they couldn't find the wheel cap at the workshop and promised to order one for me. A day later I saw a whole on the same side of the car, on the dormant light. I took my car to Mccarthy and I was told that the service manager needs to watch the vedio to see where and who exactly damaged my car. Few days later Anel asked me to get another wheel cap. On arrival, we realised the cap was a wrong size. She promised to order another one till today, no one called??
Mccarthy has treated me like a criminal and as a. I want them to know that my car is insured and if I had damaged my car, I would have claimed from my Insurance. It's now a problem cause they've delayed me from claiming from my insurance. Mccarthy have no respect for customers like myself and I want them to fix their mistakes!
