Audi SA is not taking responsibility for defective parts or Audi accredited panelbeaters destroying my brand new Audi A4 2L TDi SLine (3 days old), which is my 2nd Audi. Besides the 26 faults we've found since its repair, an assessor found even more. The faults include defective back door and possible structural damage, damaged wiring, cracked water bottle, white paint (car's red), chipped paint, accident damage not repaired, paint is darker and rough in areas, some areas don't even have paint on them. The paintwork is scratched and I was told they will never re-spray the whole car, so must I just accept a car with scratches all over that looks like it's been in a major accident. Even the assessor felt the vehicle should be replaced due to all the additional damage. A discussion with Audi SA's representative had me stunned, not only was he adamant that Audi SA has no responsibility with this but he was extremely arrogant. I no longer have faith in the safety of my vehicle, I'm constantly stressed that the back door will fail and my son will fall out. I've always been a major Audi fan but right now I regret buying an Audi. As an Audi client I clearly mean nothing to Audi.
