Incompetent staff from the front desk to the GM

Re - Repair Job No 16367 Citroen C1 ND 445995

Firstly I would like to say that I have never encountered such incompetent service ever from the front desk Rakesh Ruthilal, Desaray Moorgas, Bramlin Webster and you're full of promises excuse for a manager Sherina Vinden.

Please people don't ever send your car in for repairs to these bunch of, I cannot paste the entire complaint on this page it's too long. I have reported them to my insurer, Wendy Knowler and RMI.
