I received an sms stating I need to pay R180 for levies at Netcare Clinton for casualty which is absurd. Why can't the incompetent staff at the front desk advice of the fees that are to be paid. Fees that were outstanding for 1 & 2 March 2011: this was paid. Apparently there is a fee of R70 outstanding for the 5 February 2013. None of your incompetent people at reception advised my husband to pay anything so how does this become our fault??? The doctors there do not treat any patients if they do not pay. If it happened that I did not pay, why didn't your useless staff at reception advice of the costs as surely I would have paid it. Your policies are not adhered to by your incompetent staff and who has to suffer, us... the patients. So now if I don't pay these amounts I will be handed over which is nonsense. I want this sorted out, furthermore your useless incompetent delinquents sitting in the front cannot read or type properly as they had captured my details incorrectly. I expect and immediate response from you people as the service is pathetic or else i will take this up further to the medical board / ombudsman as this is unfair practice / code of conduct!!!
